Just so we're on the same page...
- Data safety: We've lost small amounts of data 3 times in 16 years. We sacrifice redundancy so we can afford "this thing of ours". Please don't use put.io as your only copy of anything important.
- Speed limits: After you hit your monthly data out quota, speeds drop to 1.5 MB/s until next month (Still fine for streaming 1080p). You can buy more at $5/TB. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Extra data isn't free on our end, and some of you move a lot of it.
- Seeding: 20x ratio or 14 days on private trackers, 2x ratio or 4 days on public trackers — whichever comes first. Seeding is not counted in your data out quota.
- Torrent limits: Sadly, we can't process torrents over 1TB or with more than 1,000 files.
